Innkeeper Melanie Bliss and her staff have created a blend of comfort and sophistication at The Gastonian's breakfast table. Here, classic Southern flavors take on a modern twist with delicate sauces and fresh herbs. Homemade scones and muffins, and fresh brewed coffee or hot tea accompany all breakfast requests. Breakfast is included with your reservation at The Gastonian, and is served from 8 am to 11 am. Tray service is offered from 8:30 am to 10:30 am
